These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Jiovel Beauty provides its services and the terms of use for this website. By booking with Jiovel Beauty and paying your deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force on the date of your booking will apply to that booking.

If you have any questions or complaints about our services or these Terms, please email us at Jiovelbeauty@mail.com. Where these Terms refer to “in writing”, this includes email. If we need to contact you, we may do so by phone or by email using the details you provided when booking.

Bookings and Payments

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your date is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
Bridal trials do not secure wedding dates.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Payments can be made through our payment processor or any other payment method we may offer from time to time. Payments are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete booking and contact information. We are not responsible for any loss or issue arising from false or inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.

Prices

The price of our services will always be shown or confirmed to you before you book. Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect a booking we have already confirmed, except where a pricing error has occurred.

If a service has been incorrectly priced, we will contact you before confirming your booking. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you, we may cancel the booking and refund any amount you have paid.

Cancellations and Changes

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment require full payment.
Changes to your date, time, location or services are subject to availability.
If Jiovel Beauty cancels your appointment, any payment for services not provided will be refunded, or an alternative date will be offered.

Travel

A travel fee applies to all mobile appointments and is based on your location.
Travel is available for journeys of up to 1 hour 30 minutes each way from Denny.
Parking charges, tolls and any agreed accommodation costs are payable by the client.
Locations not listed are quoted individually and confirmed before your booking is secured.

Additional Charges

Travel, parking, early starts, additional time and any other agreed extras are charged separately where applicable.

Allergies and Safety

Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions or relevant medical concerns before your appointment.
Jiovel Beauty follows professional hygiene and sanitation practices and reserves the right to stop a service if a health or safety concern arises.

Photography

Photos or videos of your look will only be used on Jiovel Beauty’s website, portfolio or social media with your permission. You are free to decline, and this will not affect your service in any way.

Our Liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that could not have been foreseen.

Our services are provided for personal and private use only. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right to have services carried out with reasonable care and skill, are not affected.

Our total liability for any claim in connection with a booking or the use of this website will not exceed twice the price of the affected service.

All text, images and designs on this website belong to Jiovel Beauty or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.
Prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication and may change.
We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free from errors.

Creative Collaboration

Imagery and creative content on this website is produced in collaboration with artists and creative professionals, including photographers, models, stylists and other contributors. We respect the rights of all creators, and their work is used with permission or as part of the relevant collaboration.

Other Important Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.
This agreement is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of these Terms.
If a court or relevant authority finds any part of these Terms unlawful, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
If we delay in enforcing any part of these Terms, we can still enforce it at a later date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
